Code of Conduct is a governance guidance for all Bank Stakeholders (Shareholders, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and all Bank employees) in fulfilling their day to day duties by adopting and reflecting company core and ethical value and become corporate culture. Bank Code of Conduct covers guidelines about conflict of interests, gifts and other business courtesies, legal compliance, confidential information and reporting workplace harassment.
