Job Descriptons:
  • Identify potential business from the customer.
  • Promoting and marketing the branch and its product specially Funding Product (Deposito).
  • Responsible for conducting fund-raising customers (funding).
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with the customer.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as provide excellent services to customers.
  • Monitoring personal target.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having proven experience in building customer loyalty.
  • Own and able to develop personal ntework customer.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill, excellent selling skill, target oriented, and have self confidence.

Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for conducting collection and assets recovery of Non Performing Loan (NPL) debtor for SME segment.
  2. Initiating early detection mechanism for Non Performing Loan (NPL) debtor.
  3. Classified debtor and take pro-active action to prevent further deterioration and improve asset quality and recovery prospects.
  4. Liaise with external & internal lawyers for litigation of NPL as legal action.
  5. Analyze financial statements, review cash flows & all other financial data provided by debtor.
  6. Provide periodical & updated report of Remedial & Collection - SME.

Key Qualifications :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Economic or Law.
  • Having minimum 5 years proven experience in Banking Remedial & Collection especially in SME segment.
  • Strong knowledge of banking law and credit documentation.
  • Having strong networking with external parties (lawyer).
  • Good interpersonal and analyzing skill, as well as effective communication.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written would be an advantage.
  • Placement in Jakarta.

Key Qualification :

  • Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities :

  • Acknowledge the nature of market based on segmentation which has been stated as fundamental in determining target market.
  • Conduct credit process, credit monitoring, and administration based on the regulation that refer to "Kebijakan Perkreditan Bank" (KPB).
  • Able to identify consumer need and product offering which correspond to it.
  • Conduct credit professionally and compose credit memorandum as credit approval application to credit committee.


Qualifications and Key Competencies :

  • At least 3 years working experience as Lending Officer Corporate/Commercial/SME in banking industry and have database.

  • Having knowledge about 5C's of credit analysis (Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, and Condition of Economy).

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and monitor overall company liquidity strategy, and be the primary go-to person for investment related activities
  2. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash, including advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning (Assets – Liabilities Mismatch)
  3. Manage and supervise all aspects of cash flows, including deposits concentration
  4. Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for operational needs (also for business growth)
  5. Maintain banking and related third-parties’ relationships
  6. Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures, also related internal controls
  7. Evaluate current treasury related processes and identify opportunities to automate and facilitate operational efficiencies
  8. Review and recommend changes to investment policies based on the market conditions

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum 4 years banking experience in treasury function
  2. Experience in managing liquidity, assets – liabilities mismatch
  3. Well-connected with appropriate persons in this field (has wide network with other banks)
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Candidate must be hands-on and detail-oriented
  6. High integrity, work well in a dynamic environment, work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and have excellent organizational skills
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  8. Fluent in English will be an advantage
