Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 dated February 1, 2021 concerning Regulation I-E regarding Obligation to Disclose Information and taking into account government policies regarding the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, hereby PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk. (“Amar Bank”) submits notification of the plan to hold the Public Expose electronically as follows:

• Time : 15.30 s.d. Finished
• Facilities: Through the Zoom Video Webinar application
• Attendees: Directors and other representatives of the Company

The procedure to register for the event is as follows:

1. All participants must register via the link https://bit.ly/PEAMAR2021 no later than Tuesday, August 24, 2021.
2. Details of the Meeting ID and Password will be provided via the email address registered to the registration form.
3. The procedure for conducting the Public Expose electronically including the procedure for submitting questions will be sent via email and will be read back before the Public Expose begins.
