In order to comply with the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange ("IDX") no. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 dated February 1, 2021 concerning Regulation I-E regarding Obligation to Disclose Information and taking into account government policies regarding the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, hereby PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk. (“Amar Bank”) submits notification of the plan to hold the Public Expose electronically as follows:

• Day / Date : Wednesday, July 27, 2022
• Time : 16.00 s.d. Finished
• Facilities: Through the Zoom Video Webinar application
• Agenda: Business Performance 2021 & Q1 2022
• Attendees: Directors and other representatives of the Company

Public Expose Participant registration procedure is as follows:

1. All participant must submit their registration through the following link https://bit.ly/registrasipubex2022 no later than Tuesday, 26 July 2022;
2. Meeting ID and password will be sent to the email that has been registered on the registration form;
3. The procedure of the virtual Public Expose as well as procedure for the submission of any inquiries/questions will be sent to registered email and informed prior to the Public Expose started;

We will submit the Public Expose material to the IDX on July 21, 2022. We will provide the Public Expose material from that date and can be downloaded on the Bank's website at the following link: https://amarbank.co.id/berita-investor.
