PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company will hold the Annual Public Expose in hybrid through the Zoom Video Webinar Application and physically. Event details as follows:

*The Company restrict the physical participants of Public Expose for media only according to the capacity availability of the venue. Confirmation regarding the mentioned matter will be conveyed via registered media’s email.

1. Public Expose Participant registration procedure as following:
2. All participant must submit their registration through the following link registrasi-pubex no later than Wednesday, 17 June 2026;
3. Meeting ID and password will be send to the email that has been registered on the registration form;
4. The procedure of the virtual Public Expose as well as procedure on the submission of any inquiries/question will be send to registered email and informed prior the Public Expose started;
5. For further information, do not hesitate to contact us through corsec@amarbank.co.id.
6. We will submit the Public Expose material to the IDX on 12 June 2026. We will provide the Public Expose material from that date and can be downloaded on the Bank's website at the following link: https://amarbank.co.id/berita-investor.
